I ordered online and drove 10 miles to collect my order when I was informed it was ready to collect a couple of days later. On arrival I was told they couldn’t find one of the items and suggested I go back the following day for it. Not very cost effective to take another 20 mile round trip when the missing item was less than a fiver so I asked for a refund.
