I had been to the Euro Car Parts branch recently to get service kit for Ford Focus Zetec Eco Sport 1.0 I am very sorry to say the customer service was absolutely abhorent and appalling. I was made to wait outside the store for more than 20 min in severe cold just to get the delivery for the parts that I had ordered. During the time I was waiting, I witnessed the staff behaving absolute rudely with an elderly person was made to wait for approximately the same time and then being told that they couldn't find the part. When he complained, he was treated rudely and instead of apologising for the inconvenience caused he was shouted at.
