I rejected two microfibres glass cloths at the counter for this click and collect order because they were very dirty. Grudgingly they were reordered and set for delivery, on arrival it appears they were the same cloths I had previously rejected. Very poor service. I subsequently raised an issue with Eurocarparts but have not received a response. Doubley very poor.
