Although the part was exactly as I expected I am not happy with europarts follow up operation, I was stuck in a village unable to start my car, due to circumstances the item was unable to be collected, I asked if it could be delivered but was told I had to reorder & it would take 3 days, I asked why couldn’t it just be put on a van & delivered, I was told this is europarts system, not good for customer relations & doubtful for return business
