Ordered front brake pads and discs online using the registration for ref. Right discs and wrong pads provided. Tried to phone Stafford branch to query, after a long wait got put through to Birmingham hi couldn't transfer to Stafford so tried again and got put through to Tamworth!!. Decided to travel to branch and luckily they had correct pads in stock but proceeded to charge me for them saying the original order would be refunded in a couple of days. When I queried this was told to take it or leave it by the grumpy staff. Last time I'll use euro car parts and LKQ.
