Ordered part for my car on collecting the part I discovered it was not what I required. The member of staff was very helpful and check to see if I could get the part elsewere and was able to give me the part number. Then arranged for me to receive a refund which I have now received. Very helpful and polite in dealing with my problem, which I am glad to say I have completed with their help.
