Poor. Go to collect items. Didn't come in even though said avaliable from 0815 ... had to pay extra for another set .. then told refund 3 to 5 days.. it's been 10. Had to make 3 phone calls to find out where my refund is. Apparently the 'automated' service made an error so now have to wait another 5 days on top of the 10 I've waited so far. Oh on top again 1 person serving so nearly 30 minutes to be served. Euro carparts is always the same.
