Orderd several parts online which said were all in stock and avaiable for click and collect. When arriving to collect and waiting several minutes to be served and then another several minutes for the member of staff to find items in warehouse, some parts were not in stock as advertised. The main part I orderd turned out to be the wrong part for my car (after car reg was entered correctly). I returned the part after being told on the phone the correct part is in stock and I could exchange. The new part was not in stock and again I had to return the next day to collect. Again! - this part was incorrect - and it was then discovered (after speaking with call centre) that the original ordered part number was correct but wrong part was in box - so needed to replace once again for a 3rd time. All while waiting several miuntes for staff to serve and find items on each occassion. Euro parts has gone down hill massively the last few years. I use to respect Euro Parts and found to be an officiant, reliable, friendly, helpful business - it has become quite the opposite in recent years and I will be very reluctant to use them again - its painful experience every time!
