Although I am happy with the products and prices I feel the service experienced during the 'Click & Collect' portion of my purchjase has deteriorated at my local branch. To the point where I have and will consider the 'Delivery' for future purchases. The 'Click & Collect service at my local branch has become slow, uninterested and almost like working is a chore. The reason for this I don't know but it did used to be much better, with one employee in particular quickly checking sometimes that the part you've ordered and collectin was in fact correct on the system.
