I ordered a battery for my motorhome and collected it from the Kings Lynn branch.
I was then advised that I needed a more substantial battery so returned to Kings Lynn and exchanged it for a better one. absolutely, no problem with the exchange. Just had to wait a few days for the refund I was due. Great service.
