I am very disappointed with the service at EURO CAR PARTS. I placed an online order with the "click and collect" option, expecting to save time. I paid in full upfront, assuming my order would be ready as promised. Unfortunately, the reality was far from it. When I arrived at the store, I found out that my order had not been prepared at all. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for just five small items to be assembled, which is absolutely unacceptable. In the end, I gave up and left the store without my order, wasting my valuable time. This level of customer service is entirely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver on the services you offer, you shouldn’t be advertising them. I do not recommend this store, and I will not be using their services again.
