I had purchased a spacesaver emergency wheel and tyre online, and went following day to collect it. The sales assistant in attendance provided part of what should have been a two-item order. Unfortunately, he seemed to lack a understanding of the relevanc of the items ordered. A Supervisor had to be called to resolve the issue, which was done in good time. It was all very polite and courteous, but perhaps better training of the sales assistant would be appropriate.
