On the whole ECP has what I want, but I miss the companies that ECP has swallowed up that offered a friendlier, more welcoming customer experience. I guess the upside is that the range of parts, consumables and equipment has increased. What I, and others that I have spoken to, find irritating is that an item ordered for 'click and collect' is not waiting at, or near to, the counter when one goes to collect it. It seems to come as a complete surprise to the staff that there is an order to be collected, and they go off into the warehouse for ten minutes to find it.
