The time queuing, having used click and collect was unacceptable. I have twice visited this store recently, having ordered on-line, both times there was only one person on the counter with a queue of people waiting to be served. Obviously a number of these people tooka significant time to serve either identifying the parts required for the particular vehicle, or returning items which seemed to be a very involved process. There seems no point in click and collect.
