I've used ECP for since 1982 when the online ordering came from Southampton. ECP are generally pretty good at having stock items, but they can catch you off guard if your train of thought is distracted. Systems might show as 'in stock' but that's from the feeder, not necessarily at your local branch. If you're ordering parts, double check the order is correct. A recent order of mine wasn't ordered correctly but thankfully the branch had what I needed, so the job was completed and the vehicle back on the road. All in all, they provide a quality service with next day parts provided if not in branch and will deliver (for a charge) if required.
