First time having i have walked away feeling poor customer service but the gentleman serving us at the store who we had told I received a faulty bulb thew the bulb in the bin and refused to get it out when asked so we could show him, I walked away feeling like I had greatly inconvenienced his day by coming in and asking for a refund and was fobbed off for trying to explain about the bulb I had purchased. I did get a refund but just felt disappointed in the customer service given my previous experiences :(
