The best bit was they were open on a Sunday. However, ordered "click & collect" and didnt take an order no. so was not allowed to collec the parts, after a 30 mile round trip.
Would not re-email a colleciton email, compuer said no.
Would not allow a cancel / .refund - computer said no, we cannot access that.
Generally unhelpful, but as I really needed the part I drove a further 30 mile round trip. But not next time....
