Ordered item, went to collect, to be told they didn’t have the correct item and I could either have the wrong thing or they could order the correct item. I wouldn’t normally bother with a review like this but this is now the third time in a row this problem has happened at Hall Road / Bessemer Road Norwich branch. They seem to have a major discrepancy issue between what is shown as in stock online and what they actually have in stock at the branch. This time I wanted a 3m extendable car wash brush (they tried to give me a 1.2m brush!), last time I ordered spark plug leads for a V8 Landrover, the set they gave me had 5 leads instead of the expected 9 (guy on counter had literally no idea how many HT Leads a V8 should have in a set) and then I got a car battery which had the wrong terminals. I give up ok ECP !!
