On a recent online purchase, I had an issue where the payment method faltered and I made a second purchase in error. The staff at the store upon collection of my purchase rectified the error and cancelled one of the purchases. The issue resolved in store to my satisfaction. Gives me confidence in the service delivery and reassurance to continue making purchases from Euro car parts. Thank you.
