Supplied wrong part and when I went to exchange I got a lot of attitude from the rep at the shop Robbie, me wanted me to pay another4.95 which I refused so I asked for a refund and to see the manager was told that there was no manager in so I went to leave with a refund then the manager magically appeared he looked into the issue and the correct replacement part was actually cheaper he refunded me £20 and supplied the correct part, whole issue took around an hour to resolve and initially I was treated very poorly by robbie who has a big attitude’ problem and should not be in a customer facing role he blatantly lied to me and obviously struggles with the job as he did not have a clue how to progress a return and lacks basic communication skills I purchase a lot of parts from Ecp and only with the excellent skills of the manager in progressing a refund will I continually to use Ecp however if Robbie is at the counter I will ask for another rep as he is very rude and aggressive
