Paid Extra Delivery charge for next day delivery... which didn't happen. This was from the Canterbury Branch.
I received delivery the following afternoon, by which time the mechanic that I had hired to work on my car had cancelled.
I explained to the help desk that I required it by 1pm that afternoon , which failed to materialise. They only emailed the Cnaterbury Branch Manager. There doesn't seem to be any telephone communication between the two.
I was offered a refund of my delivery charge and a £10 voucher. I asked for a £10 refund, as I couldn't trust Euro Car Parts Canterbury to deliver on time in the future, so I would be unlikely to use them again.
I recived the £10 refund which was appreciated . The chap on the help desk was helpful, but I didn't recive my order on time.
