I came to pick up a pair of disposal gloves at the Exeter branch, the chap behind the counter appeared to be annoyed that I had asked for the disposable gloves, generally a bad attitude, this is not the first I have experienced this in the Exeter branch,
My recommendations would be to make sure staff are trained properly in customer service and treats them well, otherwise business will go elsewhere, I will add that other staff have been fine who have served me.
