To collect just one item and spent in ecp more than half a hour? Must be joke. Guy by till was struggling with printer constantly on phone with manager trying to repair that printer. God bless him that guy. He was very patient and very nice to customers. I have very same exoeriences from others ecp so Dear Euro car parts team there is something wrong I think.
