Ordered a roof rack for next working day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Gave it a few days. Nothing. Called the local store to enquire and was told that the item wasn’t in stock! Then why take payment? No offer of a solution, had to ask for a refund that still hasn’t arrived. Just not good enough.
