Awful experience car was of low quality and very inefficient on fuel
On returning the vehicle europcar removed over £200 from my account with zero warning , claiming it was for damages. Absolutely false accusations
BE VERY CAREFUL IF LIKE ME YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE NO ALTERNATIVE OPTION FOR CAR HIRE. TAKE PHOTOS OF VEHICLE INSIDE AND OIT ON RECEIVING, INCLUDING FUEL GAUGE. DO NOT SIGN ANY DOCUMENTS WITHOUT ENSURING EVER SMALL STONE CHIP OR DENT IS DOCUMENTED. DO AGAIN BEFORE RETURNING.
