Hired a car from Malpensa airport for 11.30 pm turned up before that and the office was shut .
Was left stranded so had no option to hire a car from Sicily by car .
I emailed customer services no reply so went back to the europcar office today spoke to Davide who said I cannot refund you for your rental strange they accepted an online booking for 11.30 pm as our offices close please contact customer services , i said they are not replying he said I cannot email them .
I feel robbed paid car hire and fully comprehensive online .
Basically paid for two cars .
