This company chose to milk every customer they get instead of providing good service. We rented a car in Liberia Costa Rica airport in advance. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours
When we were brought to the rental center we were the only customers
The toilet there was broken. The agent try to bully us into spending more money, even though we had prepaid for even optional insurance and booked the car we needed. The car was a wreck with a broken bumper and covered in dents and scratches. The tank was 5/8 full, and when I complained they offered us to wait few hours while they fill it.
On the return they tried to charge us for some sand on the seats of this wreck of a car as they couldn’t find any additional damages to charge us for.
