I rented a 5 door BMW X5 in Hamburg airport , they did not delivery it claim about not be able to check driverlicence not accept all documentation from police . They didn't return my money back ca 1000€ for one week.
Very bad customer service no call answer I called them chat no response.
If I could give them mindre score. I will do
