I was promised a refund for days not used. The circumstances were unusual. They then withdrew this offer.
(1) It is wrong to tell a customer one thing and then do another.
(2) Customer service could do with a bit of a bump if you read reviews. This time, I didn't.
(3) The reason given was that I had paid for the car upfront. So they are penalizing their best customers, those who pay immediately. To pay upfront is a highly desirable thing for any company. They punish you if you do that.
