I cannot believe the horrendous service / to start with, I was given a car which smelled so badly of cigarettes that it made me unwell (not to mention the state of the stained seats and scratched bodywork). I repeatedly tried to contact the branch who never answer their phone, finally I got a call very soon after leaving a 1* review. I’m now hoping to speak to them again - hopefully they will respond to this review? After 5 days the car was replaced with another - I didn’t have chance to refuel the car as the replacement arrived at very short notice. However they have now attempted to bill me for the fuel!! This suggests that some other poor person is about the receive that dreadful car!
