IF YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING WITH THEM, THE BEST THING TO DO IS PUT A BLOCK ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER YOU DROP OFF THE CAR SO THEY CAN'T CHARGE IT AFTER THE FACT.
