If you could score a zero then that would be a more accurate review score! Absolutely appalling customer service and management that blatantly lie. To ask a customer to leave you a five star review after giving terrible customer service is a real joke. Surely it’s up to the customer to decide how many stars you should give in a review? Avoid the stress and buy your vehicle elsewhere! For a main Vauxhall dealership it’s appalling.
