Unfortunately aftersales service is one of the worst service based in coventry.
Sales manager Ashley Hyed is a very unprofessional and lazy. keep doing fack promises for avoiding complete job.
Trying to resolve issues of my bought car with in 2 weeks of bought, but no really interested to respond and resolve issue.
Can finish the job within 5 mins (just need to decision to aprove work) taking 2 weeks in a row but still not considering matter of time and urgency.
No wonder why coventry branch is going to close.
