Bought a used car from there , Vauxhall mocca , trade in with our car and full pay, sales rep advice for premium warranty made sense, 1 hour after buying car .temp problem on a valve, drive back get it fixed, 5 plus months later oil light on, added 1 ltr of oil. Got home all ok. Next day light back on after about 10 miles, knowing car can take 3 ltrs added 1 more ltr , drove 1 mile Red light oil on dashboard, close to evans halshaw we pulled up asked them to check it, advice was drive it home 6 miles wait for engine cool down, next day advice from them ring AA, they came out checked car said it shouldn't have been drove home, so took it back to showroom again to be told even with warranty , wait 3 weeks for car to be checked and then it might not be under warranty, odd words from service team before been checked. weeks on still waiting to be told its our fault, too much oil . Needs to be drained sensors reset and oil filled back up. £190 cost. What is needed is drain 2 mins. Ecu test reset 1 min only. If that's it. Poor service. Wrong advice and blame. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
