Very unreliable company, i bought a new car normally i buy from Fareham but this time a Fareham service manager Lied i took my business to this company... on ordering the car i never received any updates as to the progress of the order and ended up 2 weeks late. No communication not returned calls. Now year on the service is over due cause of covid, i had an email to call and book.i did but never got through, so i used there online booking service. 1 week ago and still waiting for appointment and a phone call or even an acknowledgement. I have attempted to contact picador and evans Halsaw head office. But funny there is no number or CEO email. Tried to.leave a comment on trustpilot but not able to as the option to leave a review has been removed. Never order or use this company now i think sadly i will purchase a different make. I have Vauxhall's for 24 years every 3 years now i will look and BMW or A u d i. !!!! Now the car has done over 11000 miles. Next call is to car leasing company.....
