Generally speaking: Very good quality on finished product; a bit pricey, and I felt misled by the marketing.
Specifically: There was not one consistent contact person, and completion of product took longer and billing was more expensive and confusing than I was led to believe at the outset (was not a huge project by any means). The emails/communications seemed geared around assumptions that the customer has a strong level of knowledge about the technology involved.
