The video conversion was top notch, the only concern I had was with a gray line at the bottom of the video. I tried calling to get an answer but I was given a voice message for the department involved in the analysis of my video and I never got a response back even though I left a message. I would still like an explanation for why this strange mark is in my video. This is why I am giving only 4 out of 5 stars and not 5.
