The product, process & communication was great! I only gave you 4 stars because of the 2 emails asking for tips for your employees! Please just charge a bit more for your product if you need to and eliminate that request! I think it’s quite out of line. Otherwise- a very good experience. I felt my tapes were in good hands since I didn’t have to mail them.
