I came to Everpresent to have 2 casette tapes converted to cd's with breaks in the tracks so I could access a desired track quickly. The first cd's that were done did not have the requested track breaks and I was having trouble getting help to re-do the discs correctly. That was before I called yet again and Brady Richter answered the phone, fortunately for me. He patiently listened to my frustrating story and said he would look into it and get back to me. And he did, and very quickly. He had the discs done correctly and they are perfect! Brady made me feel comfortable from our first conversation and I could never thank him enough for his patience and respect, and his willingness to look into my situation and make it right. If the end product is evidence of the quality that Everpresent can produce, Brady Richter is an example of a great team member that every organization needs at it's core to be successful.
