EverPresent was the best decision I ever made. The entire process was extremely easy. I dropped off the videotapes to a local provider they shipped the tapes up to EverPresent. EverPresent called me with an estimate I agreed. The project was completed in a couple of weeks I received online access in the meantime, they did their best to restore tapes that were damaged. I am so incredibly happy as is my family. I will be using them again to convert my mom‘s videotapes next. My order consisted of over 30 tapes and we have spent countless hours reliving the memories thank you EverPresent for the excellent customer service.
