quality of work was fine. Tming was a little slow but they kept to their agreed schedule. Pricing was initially a negotiation, and once the sales people agreed on a price the production people sought to modify it. In the end they honored their initial agreement, though, and did the work for the original agreed-upon price. Points for sticking with your word!
