My whole experience with Everpresent was a smooth, pleasant experience. I had my wedding video converted to 2 thumbdrives and a DVD to preserve the only live footage I had remaining of my husband. I called and theu walked me through it all. I had the completed project back in a very short time frame. I definitely will be using them again in the future to digitalize my photographs. Exceptional company.
