They made it very easy to get my family videos on usb. They kept me updated on every aspect of the process which I appreciated. I wish I had checked a couple of tapes because they were movies and I wouldn’t have them done if I had known. My fault. They did a wonderful job and I’m very happy that all of my adult children have precious memories to keep
