Excellent work, excellent customer service. Quite expensive, but is so much better than the "competition", that I found it worth it. (I sent work to a well-rated competitor and found it unusable. Sent same to EverPresent and was pleased.) Would have given 5 stars except for my disappointment with the online storage option. I selected and PAID FOR one year of on-line access. I do not get it. If I don't access my files within 4 days or a week, they disappear. One customer service rep said they had a 10 day guideline after which they clear them. That is untrue; it is demonstably less than that. Regardless, service is not as advertised.
