We were delighted with the service EverPresent provided for us. Our order of VHS tapeswas tracked at every step and we were kept fully informed of the progress they made on their way to being digitized. We got a full report of the deficiencies in the tapes (which were very very old) which was helpful when we prepared to view the digital results. All in all we highly recommend EverPresent to manage your old VHS tapes and more. Easy drop off, easy pick-up. Great communication.
