My experience with Everpresent was execptional. The process took less time than expected. I was continuously informed as to the progress and I was very hapapy with the way the DVD's were packaged and especially how they were labeled. The process was seamless and I would recommend Everpresent to anyone looking to transfer old VHS tapes to DVD. The quality of the video on the DVD's was also great.
