My only complaint focusses on the diminiative thumb drives and equally tiny hub to connect with a lanyard. Aged arthritic hands have difficulty handling them. That is the reason I give 4 stars.
Your intermediary in Dartmouth--Gatlin's--is convenient and personnel are pleasant to work with. I like the fact that humans handle the pick-up and drop off rather than shipping via UPS or USPS.
