From start to finish the process was so easy and seemless. The drop off location was convenient and the gentleman was super nice. Once picked up by EverPresent I was contacted by the service representative who was wonderful and very thorough. My videos look great and were returned to me in less than 4 weeks. I purchased two USB sticks which are nicely packaged. The app is wonderful for viewing and sharing my videos. Excellent service and product. Highly recommend.
