After finding a shoebox full of 8 mm films from many years ago, we were really excited to see what might be on them. It felt really scary to just hand over these precious memories to anyone so I’m really glad we found Everpresent. They gave me peace of mind every step of the way. The cost was reasonable for what they do, and I really appreciated the great service. I may have been able to get it done quicker and cheaper from other services, but I didn’t have the same confidence that they would be handled properly. So grateful that we now have these memories to cherish. They have the experience and the professionalism that I needed to move forward on that project. I subtracted one star because after the project was completed and we were waiting for the package, I sent them multiple emails checking on the address because I was concerned that they were going to send the videos to the wrong address and no one ever got back to me. They were really great staying in touch with me until I paid, but it wasn’t the end of the world and I didn’t worry about it. The CDs and USB drives went to the wrong address. We had a unique situation and I doubt other customers would experience that issue. I’m hoping they had a reasonable excuse for not responding to my emails. Overall, I’m extremely happy and would highly recommend them.
