For audio transfer of reel to reel tapes to digital format they were not great.
They don't seem to listen as they go so if something starts at one speed and later in the tape it is at another speed they don't catch it. Had to have tapes redone and they still weren't right. I gave up. I wish they would let you sit down with the tech so you can really explain to the person doing the transfer.
